PAYMENTS: A $25 retainer is non refundable  

The retainer  is made to secure your appointment & is due immediately after booking. Your remaining balance is due in cash only.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Made in less than  24 hours advanced without reschedule will be charged 505 of service.

 

LATE FEE: there is a 10 min grace period, afterwards you are considered late! The late fee of $15 will be charged and 20 minutes your appointment is canceled.

 

DROP OFF’S 

(Tuesday to Friday)

Your lace is to be dropped off 48 hours in advance to your appointment during drop off hours only.

For any & all coloring your hair needs to be dropped off 5-7 days in advance.

Failure to drop off hair/ Lace will result in same day customization of $50.
